1pm Arrive at band room, sign bus list, and take all equipment (pit equipment, color guard equipment, band instruments and cases) to practice field.

1:15-2:15pm Practice on band field

2:15pm Load Trailer (bring a snack to eat between loading instruments and buses)

2:45pm Load Buses

2:50pm Leave for Hancock County High School

4:30pm Arrive at Hancock County and unload buses into instrument sections.

4:45pm Get uniforms, hats, and shoe bags off trailer and travel to changing rooms.

5pm Dress in uniform

5:30pm Back at trailer to load garment bags, hat boxes, shoe bags and unload instruments and organize into sections.

5:40pm Stretch and breathing and water

5:55pm Travel to warm-up

6pm Warm-up

6:30pm Travel to gate

6:45pm PERFORMANCE

7:10pm Reload instruments, get garment bags off trailer, and travel to dressing rooms

7:40pm Reload uniforms and get chips, snack cake, and drink at trailer

7:50pm Travel to stands, stop by concessions, and watch Hancock County

8:30pm Awards (Layne Todd, Megan Kirby, Kara Cooper, and Eric Rose)

8:50pm Travel to buses

9:00pm Leave for MSHS

10:35pm Arrive at band room
